iFeedback.ai ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, dashboard, and related services.
Information we collect
Account details (name, work email, business name), billing information processed by our payment provider, feedback content submitted through your customers' surveys, and technical data such as IP address, device, and usage logs.
How we use information
To provide and improve the service, authenticate users, process payments, generate analytics and AI insights for your account, send transactional messages, and meet legal or security obligations.
Data residency and sharing
Customer data is hosted in Canada. We do not sell personal information. We share data only with vetted sub-processors (hosting, email delivery, payment, AI inference) under contract, or when required by law.
Retention
Account data is retained for the life of the account plus up to 30 days after closure. Feedback records are retained per your workspace settings. Backups are purged on a rolling 35-day cycle.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25 you may access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Contact us at privacy@ifeedback.ai and we will respond within 30 days.

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
