Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of iFeedback.ai. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization you represent that you have authority to bind it.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineering it, sending unlawful content, or collecting feedback without the informed consent of respondents.
Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our pilot guarantee. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to operate the service for you. We do not use your customer feedback to train public AI models.
Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update the service and these Terms; material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination you may export your data for 30 days before it is deleted.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
